The operating system for clinics and medical centres

A system that works automatically,
so your patients show up on time.

NoriClinic reminds and follows up with your patients, and offers cancelled appointments to the waiting list. More patients attend, follow-ups happen on time, and your clinic's time stays income instead of being lost.

  • More patients attend
  • Appointments aren't lost
  • Care on time
  • Protected data

A short form about your clinic and your team.

  • Each clinic's data is isolated
  • Permissions enforced on the server
  • An audit log of changes
Before NoriClinic

This is how many clinics run their day.

Appointments in a diary, messages on WhatsApp, paper files, and a follow-up list on a loose sheet. Each part works alone, and nobody sees the whole clinic day.

With NoriClinic

Every part in its place, and tied to the patient.

Appointments, records, follow-ups, messages and tasks in one system — seen by whoever needs them, under permissions you set.

A day in the clinic

From the first appointment to the end of the month.

Follow one day in a clinic that runs on NoriClinic. Every moment here matches a feature that is in the system today.

8:55 am The day starts

Your day is clear before the first patient walks in.

The doctor's day board lists today's appointments in order, with a current-time marker that shows where you are in your schedule at any moment.

10:15 am A last-minute cancellation

A cancelled slot doesn’t have to stay empty.

When an appointment is cancelled, you can offer the free slot to eligible patients on the waiting list from inside the system. Every change to an appointment's status is recorded in its history.

And it starts automatically the moment it is cancelled, without reception searching the list by hand.

11:00 am The patient is in the consulting room

The medical context is in front of you before you write the prescription.

The patient record holds conditions, medications, allergies, vitals, labs and imaging. Allergies and active conditions sit at the top of the record, and prescriptions are written from a shared drug dictionary, with a non-blocking alert when a drug's name matches a recorded allergy.

The alert matches names. It is not a full drug-interaction check, and it does not replace your clinical judgement.

11:10 am Before the patient leaves

A clear, printed prescription — not handwriting nobody can read.

The prescription is written from a shared drug dictionary, then printed neatly, ready to hand to the patient — with clear drug names and doses written out in full.

1:00 pm A no-show

Missed appointments don’t get lost in the rush.

The system automatically flags the appointments that meet the no-show rules and shows each with a clear action to deal with it.

4:00 pm After the visit

Follow-up is part of care, not a loose sheet.

Create follow-ups with automatic reminders. AI can draft the follow-up message — in Arabic, ready for WhatsApp — but it isn't sent until you have reviewed it. WhatsApp's connection status shows live in Settings.

All day Team

Everyone sees only what they need.

Four roles whose permissions are enforced on the server. You can adjust the roles and grant a permission to one person — such as starting and ending a consultation. The clinic's tasks live in one list, and authorised users can switch between clinics.

End of the month The full picture

Read your clinic's month from one place.

Monthly analytics and a financial overview show the clinic's activity over the month, without pulling numbers together by hand from several places.

Automation

What the system remembers, nobody has to.

Much of a clinic day is repeat work: chasing a missed appointment, reminding a patient, recording a change. In NoriClinic that work runs in the background — and the medical decisions stay with the doctor.

  1. WhenAn appointment is missed and meets the no-show rulesThenIts status updates automatically, and an action appears to deal with it
  2. WhenAn appointment is cancelledThenThe free slot is offered automatically to eligible patients on the waiting list
  3. WhenA follow-up is coming upThenThe follow-up reminder goes out automatically
  4. WhenA WhatsApp message needs to go outThenIt is sent in the background, and the connection status shows live in Settings
  5. WhenAn appointment's status changesThenThe change is recorded in the appointment's status log
  6. WhenA follow-up needs a message to the patientThenAI writes a draft

Then the draft waits for the doctor's review. Nothing goes to the patient without the doctor's approval.

Run your clinic's numbers

What does an empty slot cost you?

We won't promise your clinic a number. But this is what published research found about reminders, appointment automation and electronic systems in clinics:

  • Attendance from 68% to 79%

Text-message reminders raised attendance at medical appointments — a 14% relative increase over no reminder.

    Cochrane 2013 · 7 studies · 5,841 patients ↗
  • 5,399 visits recovered

An automated tool offered cancelled appointments to patients and filled 5,399 visits in 9 months, worth an estimated $3 million; patients saw the doctor a median of 14 days sooner.

JMIR 2024 · University of California, San Francisco ↗
  • Cost recovered in two and a half years

Small practices that adopted an electronic health record recovered its cost in two and a half years on average, and profited after that — though some did not recover it quickly, and some faced considerable financial risk.

    Health Affairs 2005 · 14 practices ↗

These are other organisations' results, published in journals — not NoriClinic's. Your clinic's result depends on its size and how you use it.

Enter your clinic's numbers and see what the appointments lost each week add up to.

From your diary or your memory — your own estimate.
Your assumption, not a result we guarantee.
Value of empty slots per month—Visits that were booked but didn't happen
Value filled from the waiting list per month—Based on your assumption above

A rough estimate: appointments × fee × 4.3 weeks. Then track your real numbers in NoriClinic's monthly analytics.

Who it's for

One system, three ways of seeing the day.

For the doctor

Your attention stays on the patient.

  • An ordered day with a current-time marker
  • Allergies and active conditions at the top of the record
  • Follow-up drafts you review before they go out

For the clinic owner

A view of how the clinic runs, without asking about everything.

  • A log of who changed what, and when
  • Permissions per role and per person
  • Monthly analytics and a financial overview
  • Switching between clinics for authorised users

For reception

A busy day, but a clear one.

  • Today's appointments and their status on one board
  • A waiting list ready when someone cancels
  • The clinic's open tasks in one list

What NoriClinic doesn’t do

We’d rather you know the system’s limits before you start.

  • It doesn’t make clinical decisions for you.
  • It doesn’t send AI-generated messages without the doctor’s review.
  • It doesn’t offer a full drug-interaction check.

      FAQ

      Straight answers.

Didn’t find your question? Ask it in the access request form.

Is NoriClinic just an appointment system?

No. Appointments are one part. NoriClinic brings the doctor's day board, the waiting list, patient records, prescriptions, follow-ups, WhatsApp, tasks, permissions and monthly analytics together in one system.

      Can reception see medical records?

Access is set by each user's role and permissions. The system has four roles whose permissions are enforced on the server, and you can adjust the roles or grant permissions to one specific person.

Does the AI message patients on its own?

No. AI can draft a follow-up message, and the doctor reviews it before it is sent.

Does it warn me about drug interactions?

The system shows allergies and active conditions at the top of the patient record, and a non-blocking alert when you prescribe a drug whose name matches a recorded allergy. This is not a full drug-interaction check, and it does not replace clinical judgement.

Can I see who edited a patient record or cancelled an appointment?

Yes. The system keeps an audit log of changes to patient data, and a record of every change to an appointment's status. Who can see these logs is set by permissions.

Can I run more than one clinic?

Authorised users can switch between clinics.

      How is patient data protected?

Each clinic's data is isolated from the others, permissions are enforced on the server, the connection is encrypted with HTTPS, and passwords are never stored as plain text — they are hashed with bcrypt. There is also CSRF protection and an audit log of changes.
